Courtney brings extensive knowledge and experience across multiple areas of law, including property law, commercial and company law, as well as wills and estate administration. She is particularly passionate about property development and works closely with the Principal Solicitor on a wide range of projects from boutique subdivisions to large scale developments providing clients with strategic legal support at every stage.

Courtney is well versed in both Queensland and interstate property transactions and regularly assists clients with residential and commercial matters throughout Australia. Her expertise extends to business sales and acquisitions, commercial transactions, franchising, and leasing. She takes pride in her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to navigate even the most complex matters with efficiency and clarity.

In the area of estate planning, Courtney is a compassionate and trusted advisor. She understands the sensitive nature of Estate Administration and the preparation of Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney and supports clients with empathy and professionalism. She also guides executors and families through the estate administration process during what is often a challenging and emotional time.
