Kim is a Principal Solicitor and Director Owner of QC Law Gold Coast and Brisbane.

Kim is one of the founding partners of the firm.

Kim brings 20 years’ experience in the legal industry and practices exclusively in the areas of Property Law, Commercial and Business Law and Wills and Estate Administration.

In respect of property law, Kim deals with interstate sales and purchases, large off the plan developments, self-managed superfund purchases, Rural purchases and everything in between.

In respect of Business and Commercial matters, Kim deals with Business Sales and Purchases, Put and Call Option Agreements, Leasing, Industrial Land acquisitions, Franchising Agreements as well as all kinds of business agreements. Kim has a passion for assisting first time business owners.

With regard to Wills and Estate Administration, Kim prepares clients Wills, Testamentary Trust Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Advanced Health Directives and also acts in respect of Probate and Letters of Administration for Deceased Estates.


Kim is admitted to the High Court of Australia and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Southern Cross University, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Queensland University of Technology, and Associate Degree in Law from Southern Cross University.

Kim is a member of the Queensland Law Society and was a finalist in Gold Coast Girls in Business, Business Woman of the Year 2019.
